The villa expands in three levels. The ground level features an open plan, fully equipped kitchen with a relaxing and a dining area around a fireplace and a quest WC. The large windows allow sunlight to enter the house while you enjoy the breathtaking sea view that merges with the infinity swimming pool. On the upper level you can find a master bedroom and two more bedrooms with a shared bathroom while the floor-length windows grand you access to a wide balcony, ideal for privacy and relaxation on the comfortable sun chairs overlooking the superb vistas. The lower level offers a play room equipped with a corner sofa, a large LCD television, a foosball and chess along with a laundry room and a guestroom with two single beds, a kitchenette and a W.C. with a shower. This level is ideal for teenagers or a person who needs privacy and autonomy while enjoys his vacation with friends and family. It is possible, during your stay, to specify whether you prefer this room to be with double or single beds.

The infinity swimming pool is surrounded by a beautiful landscaped garden with several tropical trees such as date palm and Mediterranean fan palms that complements the outstanding vistas. The sun beds and the alfresco dining area complete the outdoor space while right on a corner there is a very tasteful BBQ.

The gardens that extend around the house are filled with orange and lemon trees, bougainvilleas and aromatic plants. There is also a part with lawn and some special corners like a secluded restful place.

A private covered garage with 2 available parking places completes the property while a Wi-Fi Internet connection is provided as well as a smart TV and a Hi-Fi system.
