The ground floor features a fully fitted kitchen, a bright living and dining area with exceptional verandas overlooking the pool and with panoramic sea and Spetses view. In this level there is also a fantastic outdoor area sitting up to 16 persons. On the lower ground floor you can find one bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two more bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
At the second building on the first floor there is an independent spacious and bright Family Suite with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, two sofas that can sleep 2 children, a fireplace and beautiful verandas with lovely sea vistas. The ground floor offers another independent Family Suite with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, two sofas that can sleep 2 children and a covered exterior sitting area on the garden level.
